Features:
- Toolbar & right-click context menu:
- Search the library catalog directly from the LibX toolbar or by using the right-click context menu. Just highlight the term you want to search, right click, and choose the search option you need. Use the blue down-arrow in the toolbar to add a search box and construct advanced searches. You can also select text and drag-and-drop it onto the search button to execute a search.

- LibX automatically links ISBNs, ISSNs, DOIs, PubMed IDs, and other identifiers to library resources available to you.
- COinS:
- LibX supports COinS, which can turn hidden tags inserted by web site authors or publishers into actionable links that allow you to download the full text of an item.
